Controls have labels, visible focus, semantic headings, a skip link, and readable status text. Loading, success, and error messages are announced. Operational tables retain their headings and scroll horizontally when required.

Public lookup, applications, and case reviews adapt to small screens. Actions have large touch targets. Reduced-motion preferences are respected. Report an accessibility issue through the private directory report form.
